9109S – Gate Valve Stem Shieldâ„¢

Model 9109S Stem Shieldâ„¢ is a chemically-resistant, waterproof, soft-cell rubber foam enclosed PVC pipe to protect stem threads up to 18″ long, for stem and yoke gate valves. Highly visible yellow casing is used to easily detect stem coverings to protect workers from accidentally injuring themselves and potential exposure to infection. Protects stem threading from degradation or damage. Light weight, durable material can withstand damage, extreme temperatures, and various other elements. Equipped with stainless steel cable to lock shield in place without inhibiting operation of valve. Dimensions are 18-1/2″ inch internal length, 19-1/4″ outer length, 2″ inner diameter, 3-1/2″ outer diameter. 9125 – Thermal Protection Jacket

Model 9125 is a thermal protection jacket. Recommended for areas where extreme heat or sunlight might cause water to overheat.

9200REC – Recessed Cabinet

Model 9200REC recessed cabinet is manufactured of 18 gauge Type 304 Stainless Steel, locking door which is supplied with a heavy duty stainless steel piano hinge, and removable upper and lower panels to accommodate any of the Haws Thermostatic Mixing Valves.

9200SUR – Surface Mount Cabinet

Model 9200SUR surface mounted cabinet is manufactured of 18 gauge Type 304 Stainless Steel, locking door which is supplied with a heavy duty stainless steel piano hinge, and removable upper and lower panels to accommodate any of the Haws Thermostatic Mixing Valves.

9201E – Thermostatic Mixing Valve

Model 9201E emergency mixing valve (patent pending) thermostatically mixes hot and cold water to provide a safe fluid supply for emergency showers and eyewash equipment. Additionally, to ensure a fail-safe water supply for emergency shower and eyewash stations, a series of cold water by-pass valves open in the event of hot water pressure loss. (No gauges supplied – ASSE 1071 standard recommends gauges be placed 5 to 8 feet (1.52 to 2.44 m) downstream for the most accurate temperature measurement.)

The valve contains a secondary high temperature limit valve to provide additional protection to the user in the event of main tempering valve malfunction. (No gauges supplied – ASSE 1071 standard recommends gauges be placed 5 to 8 feet downstream for the most accurate measurement.)

8901RFK – Emergency Body Spray Kit

Model 8901RFK body spray features a ABS plastic head, stay-open squeeze lever valve, 8 foot (243.8 cm) hose and installation kit. Kit includes clamp hook-up, tee clips and fitting for retrofit installation on most combination shower and eyewash units. Supply: 1/2″ IPS.

In order to comply with state codes the use of a vacuum breaker is required with all hand held body spray units (Haws offers model SP212) Per ANSI/ISEA Z358.1, “Hand held drench hoses provide support for emergency shower and eyewash units, but shall not replace them.”

8904 – AXION® MSR Deck Mount Eye/Face Wash

Haws 8904 deck mounted eye/face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. 9001 – Emergency Alarm System

Model 9001 emergency alarm and light system features an amber flashing light and 90 db at 10 feet (304.8 cm), buzzer that is operated by a double pole, double throw flow switch. Unit is activated when the emergency shower or eyewash is in operation. System can be mounted to pipe or wall. Unit is recommended to be installed where a shower or eyewash is installed in a remote or noisy location where user is unable to summon help.
