Panel kit used for Haws TWBS.SHE mixing valve.
9202E – Thermostatic Mixing ValveModel 9202E Emergency Valve (patent pending) thermostatically mixes hot and cold water to provide a safe fluid supply for emergency showers and eyewash equipment. Additionally, to ensure a fail-safe water supply for emergency shower and eyewash stations, a series of cold water by-pass valves open in the event of hot water pressure loss. (No gauges supplied – ASSE 1071 standard recommends gauges be placed 5 to 8 feet (1.52 to 2.44 m) downstream for the most accurate measurement.)
- A flow rate of 1 to 78 gpm (295 L) for better temperature control across the operating range
- Lowest internal pressure drop for this class of valve (advantage where supply pressure is low)
- Wax based thermostat technology for fast response time with proven highly reliable temperature control
- Highest Cold Water Bypass flow rate in the industry (64% of rated tepid flow rate)
- Brass valve design with internal check stops
- Over-sized valve seats resist failures caused by foreign matter
- A new and efficient shuttle design eliminates valve sticking
- A custom funnel design improves temperature control at low flow rates
- Outlet temperature is factory set to 85° F (29° C)
- Tempered water: High temperature limit is factory set to 90° F (32° C)
- Cold water by-pass valves are closed during normal operation, regardless of flow rate

9400 – AXION® Steam Water HeaterThe Haws 9400 AXION® Steam Water Heater replaces hot water tanks when pressurized steam is available. When an emergency shower or eyewash is activated, the flow of water opens a steam control valve. The steam enters a brazed plate heat exchanger, instantly heating the water. This mixing valve blends hot and cold water to produce an output of 80° F (27° C ) tepid water. Additional valves keep the system preheated, freeze protected and scald protected. The steam valve will remain closed should there be a loss of water pressure. This station complies with the ANSI Z358.1 standard and mixing valve is designed to meet ASSE 1071

The Haws AX13 AXION Advantage® eye/face wash system is designed to replace outdated, under-performing or in some cases, non-conforming installed emergency eyewashes with the medically superior AXION® MSR performance. This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. Traditional eyewashes irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, where contaminants can then be flushed into the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, nature’s ocular cavity drain. Eyewash streams provide Zero Vertical Velocity™ stream engineering with even laminar flow for enhanced comfort, stability and effectiveness. System includes the AXION MSR eye/face wash head, the necessary connecting hardware, along with a tape measure, eyewash measuring gauge and written guidelines to assure installation complies with the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 standard.
System is designed to replace the eyewash head of most standard wall and pedestal mounted eyewash stations manufactured by Acorn®, Bradley®, Encon®, Guardian® and Speakman®.
The AXION Advantage system is ANSI compliant when installed correctly based on manufacturer guidelines and when tested against the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 checklist included with the product. The materials provided offer complete ANSI compliance tools and instructions. At the current time, ANSI does not regulate product brands, models, or the interchange of product components.
AX13S – AXION Advantage® Stainless Steel Eye/Face Wash Upgrade KitThe Haws® AX13S AXION Advantage® stainless steel eye/face wash system is designed to replace outdated, under-performing or in some cases, non-conforming installed emergency eyewashes with the medically superior AXION® MSR performance. This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. AX14 – AXION Advantage® Shower & Eye/Face Wash Upgrade KitThe Haws® AX14 AXION Advantage® eye/face wash and shower system is designed to replace outdated, under-performing or in some cases, non-conforming installed emergency eyewash/shower combinations with the medically superior AXION® MSR performance. AXION MSR also offers a hydrodynamic shower design that minimizes the strong physical pressure that drives the water to the outer rim of normal showerheads, making the distribution equal across the entire footprint of the flow. Better use of the water flowing through the shower makes it more effective while providing a more comfortable environment by breaking the streams of water into smaller individual droplets. System includes the AXION MSR eye/face wash head and showerhead, the necessary connecting hardware, along with a tape measure, eyewash measuring gauge and written guidelines to assure installation complies with the ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 standard.
