8317CTFP Config STD-SV – AXION® MSR Freeze-Protected Shower and Eye/Face Wash

Haws Model 8317CTFP  Config STD-SV heat traced combination shower and eye/face wash features the medically acclaimed AXION MSR eye/face wash head assembly (patent pending). This revolutionary inverted flow design is the only product on the market that provides a Medically Superior Response consistent with all EMT, emergency room and doctors’ office protocols by sweeping contaminants away from the vulnerable nasal cavity. Traditional eyewashes irrigate from the outside edge of the eye back toward the nose, where contaminants can then be flushed into the nasal cavity through the lacrimal punctum, nature’s ocular cavity drain. AXION MSR also offers a new hydrodynamic shower design that minimizes the strong physical pressure that drives the water to the outer rim making the distribution equal across the entire footprint of the flow. 7501 Config STD-9083 – Portable Gravity Fed Eyewash with HAWSCLEAN™ 9083 Cleansing Stick

The Haws 7501 Config STD-9083 compact portable eyewash is a 9-gallon (34.1 L) capacity gravity operated portable eyewash that supplies a continuous flow of water for a full 15 minutes at .4 gpm. This unit is a cost-effective solution ideal for locations without access to potable water, including temporary decontamination sites, temporary treatment facilities, and short-term job sites. The 9083 cleansing stick provides clean water and ANSI compliance in equipment up to 15 gallons (60 L) for up to three years when serviced just once annually.

1109FRP – ADA Outdoor Freeze-Resistant Vandal-Resistant Fountain and Bottle Filler

The Haws 1109FRP barrier-free vandal-resistant drinking fountain and bottle filler includes fully engineered pneumatic operated freeze-resistant valve assemblies for continual use during winter months. Wall mounted design allows the unit to be placed securely in multiple locations without taking up excess space. Equipped with vandal resistant components, this fountain is not easily disrupted, quickly discouraging vandals.

Model meets all current Federal Regulations for the disabled including those in the Americans with Disabilities Act. Haws manufactures drinking fountains, faucets and electric water coolers to be lead-free by all known definitions including NSF/ANSI/CAN 61- Section 9, NSF/ANSI/CAN 372, California Proposition 65, and the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act. Haws Model 8315CTFP.220V.8 heat traced combination 220 VAC shower and eye/face wash with redundant freeze bleed valve shall include the 3-way “easy activation, easy return” valve design that provides less ‘dead leg’ water, reducing the threat of Legionella growth. The compact design also allows for economical, safe and fast shipment via UPS. Also provided is the AXION® MSR hydrodynamic designed green ABS plastic 10-5/8″ (26.9 cm) showerhead with integral self-regulating 20 gpm flow control, and AXION MSR eye/face wash head shall feature inverted directional laminar flow which achieves Zero Vertical Velocity™ supplied by an integral 4 gpm flow control. Unit shall also include thermostatically controlled electric heat traced cable protected by 1″ (2.5 cm) insulation and an ABS plastic green jacket that prevents freezing down to ambient temperatures of -30° F, powder-coated cast-iron 9″ (22.9 cm) diameter floor flange, universal sign, 1-1/4″ NPT supply, and rated Class 1, Div 2, Group B, C & D with 1.09 amp max. 1922 – Vandal-Resistant Wall Mounted Bottle Filler w/Drip Tray Drain

Model 1922 vandal-resistant satin stainless steel bottle filler with drain uses a patented stainless steel push-button valve assembly allowing for front access stream adjustment as well as cartridge and strainer access. This wall mounted bottle filler offers the ‘only’ all stainless-steel valve body that is machined out of solid bar stock, is fully serviceable through the front of the push button assembly offering access to the water control cartridge and integral water supply strainer, and has front access to the water stream height adjustment for easy maintenance without having to remove the valve. The drip tray captures all unused water and is sent down the drain.

TWBS.EW.H – Instantaneous Water Heater

Model TWBS.EW.H An on-demand, prepackaged, fully engineered and tested tempering system to provide tempered water instantaneously. System is designed to increase cold water temperature by a minimum of 34° F (19° C) at 4 gpm (15.1 L) flow and 68° F (38° C) at 2.0 gpm (7.5 L); thus it is suitable for single eyewash application. Outlet water temperature is factory set at 80° F (26° C).

Model TWBS.EWE, low-lead Emergency Valve (patent pending) thermostatically mixes hot and cold water to provide a safe fluid supply for emergency eyewash equipment. The valve contains a secondary high temperature limit valve to provide additional protection to the user in the event of main tempering valve malfunction. Additionally, to ensure a fail-safe water supply for emergency shower and eyewash stations, a series of cold water by-pass valves open in the event of hot water pressure loss. (No gauges supplied – ASSE 1071 standard recommends gauges be placed 5 to 8 feet (1.52 to 2.44 m) downstream for the most accurate temperature measurement.)

Additionally, to ensure a fail-safe water supply for emergency shower and eyewash stations, a pressure sensing diverter valve is provided that sends a pressure signal to open the cold water by-pass valve in the event of hot water pressure loss, main valve thermostat malfunction, or clogged cold water check-stop.
